Stopped smoking.  Cause?  Not much reason behind it.  Took 1.5 weeks with help of nicotine patch.

Do really things taste better?  Not sure I can feel the change but it’s the hunger pangs…

So I started to work out too.
Slowly but surely, need to change.

Lets see how this goes.
