USEN BROAD-GATE FAIL
Last weekend I was summoned to my parents place to fix internet connection issue.
I’ve checked the PC, router and VDSL modem and everything seems to be fully fuctional but for some reason it wasn’t getting any response from WAN.
So at 10:00am I’ve called Usen’s customer support first thing in the morning, hoping to get it fixed.
After waiting on hold for 30minutes finally confirmed it was problem with the VDSL. So I’ve asked when was it going to get fixed. She said,
We are terribly sorry for your inconvenience. I’m afraid its not scheduled yet.
Yeah right…It was 16hours since this connection issue began and they were not even ready to repair the damn thing!? So I’ve told them to call me when they were going to fix it.
Ridiculously enough, they called AFTER it was fixed and guess what? Its been 50hours. I’ve gotta admit USEN/GYAO suck bad at support. I’ve checked their website and couldn’t manage to find any information regarding this connection failure either.
I think its time to switch back to FLETS.
[note] my mother called me other day and said network went down once again. Good job Lol.
